Mfg/Industrial Engineer

Responsible for designing assembly lines, calculating demand at capacity, and managing line details using AutoCAD and Excel to ensure efficient production.

Job Requirements

BSME (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering) or related field Experience in mobile equipment, automotive, or heavy equipment industries Expertise in assembly line design using Demand Flow Technology (DFT) Strong proficiency in Excel for calculating stations and capacity planning Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for line design and modification Budgetary experience for Capex creation and project planning for line implementation

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with ergonomics and work cell spacing in assembly line design Knowledge of utilities, tooling, and equipment requirements to support production

Job Responsibilities

Calculate demand at capacity and determine the number of workstations required Create and modify AutoCAD details for assembly line design Review and combine OMS/work content to optimize workstation efficiency Ensure proper ergonomics and work cell spacing Identify and assess the need for new utilities, tooling, and equipment to support production Assist in Capex creation and oversee project planning for the assembly line design implementation

Pay Details: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
