This position is full time days.  The shift is Monday- Friday 8a- 4:30p at Riley Children's Hospital.

An MFM Ultrasound Technologist performs ultrasound procedures for radiological diagnosis, in a timely fashion, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatricis. Performs independent sonographic images of maternal-fetal conditions. Follows physician's instructions, prepares and operates equipment and positions patients correctly in order to record the requested diagnostic images. Treats patients with care and respect.

Basic Life Support certification required. Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning. Requires active status through one of the following:  American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS): Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Obstetrics & Gynecology, RDMS (OB/GYN) or Pediatric Sonography, RDMS (PS); or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT): Registered Technologist - Sonography, RT(S). May require additional certifications/credentials specific to fetal medicine, based on practice/clinic needs. May be required to meet registry/certification requirements for another modality, if applicable. May require license from Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH), if applicable.
