THE JOB:

As an MGM Rewards Representative, you will be the face of the MGM Rewards program, providing exceptional service to guests by assisting with inquiries, enrollments, and point redemptions. You will explain program benefits, handle special offers, and manage loyalty accounts through various systems. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring guests have a seamless experience, including supporting promotional events, assisting with hotel reservations, and collaborating with VIP Services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $17.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Mobile App Assistance & Responsible Gaming: Guide guests through the MGM mobile app and promote the GameSense responsible gambling program for consistent guest engagementVIP & Host Collaboration: Partner with VIP Services and hosts to manage hotel reservations and issue discretionary comps and rewardsEvent & Promotional Support: Coordinate and assist with companywide promotions, including slot tournaments, holiday gift shops, giveaways, and special eventsSystem Navigation & Account Management: Utilize multiple systems to apply rewards points, track non-gaming spend, and manage tier credits, comps, and FREEPLAY for membersGuest Support & MGM Rewards Expertise: Assist guests with inquiries about the MGM Rewards program, enrollments, point redemptions, and special offers for a seamless guest experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be 21 years of age or olderNevada State Gaming RegistrationCapable of standing and walking for a majority of the shiftMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysOne (1) year of previous guest services experienceKnowledgeable of Player Tracking systemsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
