Responsible for leadership of the Advanced Finance Analytics team including translating business partner needs into actionable requirements, communicating insights to inspire action, prioritizing work both in the near and medium-term, and resolving escalated matters that require mediation and thought leadership. The position will indirectly support multiple senior business leaders and their respective fuctions. This position has two direct reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Provide analytical support to various department leadership teams to be used in key business decisions. Design, perform, report, and present insightful scientific analyses that address financial, operational and accounting implications, as well as pinpoint key drivers and identify short- and long-term action steps that focus on current and future business implications. Provide analytical support to senior business leaders and all departments. Support the long-range planning, strategic planning, and budgeting processes across all functions. Conduct, perform, report, and present special financial and statistical studies in coordination with other departments.Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of related business or retail experience. 2+ years directly managing people.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related advanced degree is desired. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
