Job Summary
Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and other processes relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning and issue/risk management.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Ability to take high level, strategic direction and direct a team of direct reports spanning both entry level and career level professionals on how to conduct desired business analysis in response to business requests.
• Thorough understanding of techniques for requirements gathering, process modeling, testing, etc. in order to lead & to provide guidance/additional support, if needed, to staff.
• Translates strategy into business design, process design, technical requirements.
• Regularly interacts with program teams and management, offering direction and strategy\ically sound options to ensure successful project/analysis completion. Trains, mentors, and coaches assigned team members..
Job Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree – Or equivalent work experience
Required Experience
7-10 years of relevant work experience
Preferred License, Certification, Association
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
