As our Manager of Communications, you would be responsible for using a variety of tactics to elevate the corporate profile of Main Line Health (MLH), its physicians and leadership and establish MLH as the area’s health partner and resource for health care information. The Manager of Communications should have experience in creating relevant and engaging communications for internal and external audiences, including MLH leadership, employees, patients, community members and partners. You must have the ability to work cross-functionally, understanding the unique roles and requirements of each member of the Communications team and stepping in to fulfill these roles, as necessary. You would be responsible for the development and execution of innovative strategies and tactics to support internal and external communication objectives across Main Line Health. Position: Communications Manager- remote with as needed onsite requirement
Shift: Day Shift- 8am-5pm-

Experience:
1. Five years of demonstrated communications experience in healthcare.
2. Demonstrated success managing staff in a matrixed environment. environment required.
3. Excellent Writing and project management skills required.
4. Demonstrates experience in communications, including events, internet, direct mail, and publications.
5. Physician relations experience is a plus.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in the field of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
