This outstanding opportunity will enable you to lead exceptional manufacturing processes and encourage a culture of innovation and excellence.
Join our Manufacturing department as a Manager and play a key role in achieving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and setting new industry standards.
Responsibilities:Determine and successfully implement manufacturing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.Lead and mentor a team of professionals, encouraging a culture of inclusion and collaboration.Strictly monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.Coordinate daily operations and address any challenges to maintain flawless production flow.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Qualifications & Skills:Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment.Outstanding problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective teamwork.Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools, with a strong understanding of standard methodologies in the industry.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing process management role.Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing manufacturing processes and systems.Prior experience in the memory or semiconductor industry is preferred but not required.Join us at Micron and be part of a team that is driving the future of technology.
