Mgr, Gift Card Marketing & Promotions
Overall Job Summary

The Gift Card Marketing and Promotions Manager is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of Tractor Supply Company’s gift card program through the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, promotions and strategic partnerships.  This role focuses on driving sales of gift cards across all channels (in-store, online and through 3rd parties) and leveraging gift cards as a tool to support broader company sales and brand awareness objectives.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (in store, online, social media, email) to drive gift card sales and awareness.   Develop and implement promotional strategies, including discounts, bonus offers and loyalty program integration to incentivize gift card purchases and redemption Collaborate with internal teams to integrate gift cards into broader seasonal campaigns and promotions   Manage and optimize tractorsupply.com gift card sales program Establish and manage relationships with 3rd party distributors and partners to expand the reach of the gift card program Oversee the development of creative assets, messaging and collateral for gift card marketing campaigns Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for optimization
  Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, promotions or related roles, ideally with experience in the gift card industry

Education:  Bachelor’s degree.  Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Professional Certifications: None.
 

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Experience with gift card programs strongly preferred Experience with loyalty programs is a plus Strong understanding of consumer behavior and marketing trends Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills Proficient in data analysis and reporting Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
