The Mgr, Network Planning role is accountable to lead the regional and/or Global SI&OP process

The Network Manager is responsible for being the point of contact between demand and supply in the specific GBU/region/cluster. He/she is the contact person of the GBU/region/leaders and act as link between commercial and ISC. This includes defining and implementing the right organization, determining priorities, and managing a team of Network Planners.

What you'll be doing

Lead the regional and/or Global SI&OP process

Support the transition from SI&OP to IBP process

Define and approve Supply Chain Network design

Define & approve supply chain business rules & planning parameters

Formulate & communicate tactical mid to long-term plans to support Commercial, Financial & Operational strategies 

Monitor supply chain performance, identify & drive improvement opportunities

Be accountable for achieving Inventory targets across the end-to-end supply network

Proactively manage supply chain risks and escalate issues where appropriate

Collaborate with Network planners, Demand planners, Manufacturing & Commercial leadership to resolve supply issues.

Provide input to Region & Global Financial planning and forecasting processes

What you'll bring

Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred with a minimum of 5 -7 years related experience in supply chain management -warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service and/or inventory planning is required.

Detailed working knowledge of effective Supply Chain performance, including Operations management

Strong analytical skills and ability to judge when to deep dive –the Market Planner will be self-driven to achieve their outcomes.

Extensive knowledgeable of import/export regulations.

Proficient in RapidResponse or other relevant planning systems.

Significant experience of prioritization and ability to adapt to change.

Proven stakeholder management skills (including influencing, communication negotiating and conflict management) and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organization

Basic Project management skill and lean/continuous improvement.

Customer focused, service mindset.

Local language skills required.

APICS certification is a plus. ​​​​

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 - $143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonus.
