Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As the Mgr, Outsource Partnership in our Shanghai office, you will have the exceptional opportunity to lead and shape the future of our sales strategy. Your role will be vital in ensuring flawless execution of our outsourcing partnerships, driving our ambitious growth plans, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Manage 3rd Party Agents: Oversee and guide third-party agents to strictly achieve sales and promotional goals, ensuring they align with our company's high standards.Develop New Customers: Identify and engage new customers, aiming to cover untapped markets and expand our customer base.Clinical Promotion: Coordinate clinical promotions with agents to successfully implement strategies that promote rapid product growth in the market.Distributor Coordination: Work closely with distributors to strictly meet supply needs and ensure seamless product availability.Bidding Activities Assistance: Assist in relevant bidding activities to compete effectively and secure business opportunities.

Qualification

To be a part of our world-class team, you must possess the following qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in medicine or pharmacy.Sales Experience: Over 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for those experienced with oncology products.Client Development: Demonstrated ability to develop new clients, face challenges head-on, and work effectively under pressure.Communication Skills: Exceptional cooperation and communication skills, with a talent for delivering compelling presentations.Analytical Skills: Strong learning capability, with a keen interest in critical thinking and analysis.What We Offer
