BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Program Management Manager on the Call Center Desktop Apps team, you’ll establish project management standards and oversee Project Management staff. You’ll drive strategic development and implementation of projects from original concept through final implementation to meet strategic company and departmental initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience: Project Management: 5 years or moreEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent experienceSkills: Proficient with PC and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and software development lifecycle tools and processes (Agile, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, Jira, etc.)Abilities: Prioritize, organize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously; excellent written and verbal communication skills; translate and synthesize data into a compelling narrative; supervise and motivate othersWorking conditions: Office environment; flexibility to work extended hours; 10 – 15% travel

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: Management or leadershipEducation: Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
