Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced, modest & pragmatic Digital Project Manager to join our growing Digital & Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Hub in South-East Asia.

Suitable candidate must have strong organizational skills, clear communication (verbal & written) structured approach to manage projects, and client-oriented focus.

Experience delivering high-quality projects against budget, managing project scope, cost, and timelines for a MNC, preferably with past experience in Manufacturing environments.

The candidate will be responsible for managing through all stages of project scope (initiation / ideation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).

Roles and 

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio of projects to on-time and budget deliveryDevelop robust project plans, milestones and budgetsResponsible for all scheduling & planning activities related to Digital ProjectsProvides strategic direction for Digital RoadmapResponsible for management of Digital partners, integrators, vendorsBuilds & maintains effective relationships with multiple internal customer business unitsWith Technical Delivery Management, allocate resource as required to active Digital projectsProvide regular status updates including project risks, cost updates, manpower updatesFocused on improving business value through delivery of robust Digital solutionsPrepares project proposals – including investment calculation, and business ROIGuiding and coaching technical resourcesResolves day-to-day operational conflicts impacting project schedulesPlays a key role in ensuring legal & customer compliance (where required)

Education

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information TechnologySignificant experience (multiple projects) with Microsoft Project, or similar application

Minimum years of experience in role: 

Minimum 4 years of working experience in full software development lifecycleExperience communicating (clearly) with leadership across various functions & departments

•      Demonstrated ability to comprehend project financials, and manage project budget(s)

Preferred Skills (if any): 

•      Preferably PMP qualified, or equivalent professional certification

•      Technical understanding of Advanced Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 Technologies

•      Change Management experience

•      Problem solving skills

•      Task scheduling skills

General role in supporting ACE, EH&S, Ethics & Compliance and Quality initiatives

ACE:

Support the Continuous Improvement programs and ACE activities within the companyMinimum ACE Associate certification under ACP

EH&S:

Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the companyReport all incidents (injuries, illnesses, near misses, spills etc), hazardous conditions, and emergencies to his/her supervisorResponsible for performing a risk assessment of work activities, taking corrective and preventive actionsComply with EH&S regulations/policies/programs/rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Participate in audits and inspections as and when requiredAttend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility for safety
