As the TCP Production Manager, you will be responsible for strategic and tactical planning and execution to meet the business plan. This includes achieving output goals, short- and mid-term capacity planning, automation enablement, performance continual improvement, human resources organization, management, and technical and leadership development.
The initial work location is in Taichung. According to the production capacity plan, the work location will be transferred to Tainan.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Successfully coordinate and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Ensure a Safe, Compliant, and Ethical Work Environment
Identify and resolve production issues promptly to maintain flawless operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and performance.
KPI Management:
-Work on shift production plan to meet Output to support company revenue.
-Monitor production line nettable and non-nettable inventory and build control process to ensure all of KPIs is meeting target.
-Analyze usage and readiness of manufacturing resource (Labor, Tooling, Materials etc.) and drive max output.
-To do shift production scheduling and linearize loading based on order priority to arrange labor resource to ensure output.
-To improve tool performance and recipes optimization to enable output max.
