A Brief Overview
Manager, Financial Change Order (FCO), tools will have primary responsibility of leading the FCO automation projects, maintain and developing the financial modeling used for FCO analysis. Main tools of responsibility are a SAS based code along with excel based FCO model that’s supported by VBA (Visual Basic Applications). Additionally, this role will be working closely with both direct side FCO team and coalition side FCO teams and DDAT/ Technology team on identifying, developing solutions to update/upgrade all our tools and processes as it related to the Financial Change Order analysis and reports.

What you will do

Be the project lead and technical support for bringing automation to Financial Change Order processes within out broader underwriting ecosystem (EOS/PUMA) applications.Own the FCO (Financial Change Order) system/tools (both legacy tools and future tools) from start to finish. Maintaining and updating the SAS code, improving existing functionality on Excel model, and introducing more automation to streamline both current and future processes.Responsible from coding in SAS for changes and updates as well as Excel model upgrade, and VBA coding for automation.Responsible from end to end coding development, testing and documentation of all tools.Lead and act as a project manager for specialty projects supporting the Financial Change Order team and help support the rebate mitigate exposure.Providing technical guidance and support for cross team collaboration as such Underwriting team, technology team and EOS/PUMA, CPT teams.Closely collaborating with direct and coalition FCO team leaders to help support any business needs as it related to updating and upgrading our FCO tools and processes.Working with internal stakeholders including as such Actuarial and Underwriting teams to periodically review and update the assumptions used within our FCO tools.Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities within the Financial Change Order team.

Required Qualifications

5 years of work experience in related field including but not limited to Engineering, Finance, Business, Technical Analytics and or technical coding/developer in all other fields.1+ years experience utilizing SAS1+ years VBA coding experience1+ years Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced experience using excelAdvanced VBA experienceHealthcare or PBM experience

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Engineering, Business and any other relevant field or equivalent work experience requiredMaster’s degree in MBA, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or other STEM fields preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $119,340.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
