A Brief Overview

This role is dedicated to supporting the execution of product initiatives by maintaining internal applications and fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional business partners. The individual will be instrumental in implementing new initiatives and modifying existing coverages by updating data within our internal systems, ensuring that changes are effectively brought to market. This position requires a solid understanding of benefit coverage, the ability to navigate technical details to identify implications, a keen attention to detail, and a growth mindset.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish requirements and implement changes that advance product initiatives.Support ema/eProposal and ProdTree applications, along with underlying data.Analyze trends within the product implementation landscape, conduct business impact assessments, and develop strategies for process improvements.Support the articulation of product and technical strategies to key business partners during product development and requirements sessions.Assist in managing high-level business requirements, ensuring alignment with product strategy while considering technical implications.Design and maintain systems to track product development and commercialization efforts effectively.Identify risks, communicate dependencies, and recommend alternative solutions to facilitate timely mitigation strategies.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
