A Brief Overview
Manages team responsible for the development of enterprise and business unit strategic plans. Responsible for providing analysis, presentation, and other support materials within areas of expertise and developing new areas of expertise. Applies in-depth knowledge of addressing resolutions of strategic planning initiatives with internal peers, external consultants, and cross-functional team members with minimal supervision.

What you will do

Establishes and implements programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Strategic Planning initiatives.Forecasts changes within the Strategic Planning industry, conducts business impact assessments, and develops modification strategies with the aid of process improvement methodologies.Assists in the management of strategic and operational business and financial and expense plans to support the company's strategic direction.Implements processes to research strategy associated with business issues and plan formulation.Directs individuals to monitor and report on performance relative to plans.Designs systems to develop consistent, efficient, and cost-effective processes, procedures, and appropriate accountability.Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Education

 

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.    

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
