Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future. **The Role** The Operations Business Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the organization. This role involves managing key business operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. **The Main Responsibilities** + Expert story executive story telling using visualizations + Own and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring they are organized, secure, and user-friendly + Train and support employees in SharePoint usage, including document management and collaboration + Assist in the planning and coordination of Townhall meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and logistics. Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and presentations for townhall events + Support the execution of townhall meetings, including technical setup and troubleshooting + Completion of data & gap analyses, processing mapping, playbooks, governance documentation, and change management + Provide real time information to our stakeholders with data insights and custom visualizations. Enhance the way information is consumed and interpreted to be more proactive than reactive + Own operational meetings program & governance + Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into incident trends and performance metrics + Create and maintain clear concise documentation, including business process diagrams, requirement documents, and project status reports + Partner with stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure reporting needs are met appropriately + Prepare and deliver presentations to convey project updates and findings **What We Look For in a Candidate** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience required + 3+ years of experience managing communications processes and tools, team events and documentation + 3+ years of experience in analytics, process measures and report writing + Excellent Communication skills written, verbal, and presentation skills + Ability to multitask by working in a face paced constantly changing environment + Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with individuals at all levels + Ability to effectively utilize MS Office Suite of Applications specially Word, Excel and PowerPoint **Compensation** The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications. **Location Based Pay Ranges** **$94420 - $125890** in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD. **$99390 - $132510** in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY. **$104360 - $139140** in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI. **$109330 - $145770** in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
