Your Impact
The Manager of Digital Category Operation Readiness & Execution ensures the successful planning and execution of digital initiatives that have category impact. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive plans, coordinate project activities, manage risks, oversee operational execution, and analyze digital category outcomes. Strategic leadership will drive growth, optimize digital performance, and ensure a seamless online ecosystem. Success in this role is defined through combining analytical rigor, strategic vision, and flawless execution to exceed business goals.
What you will do
•Leads the development of comprehensive readiness and execution plans for digital category initiatives, considering timelines and risk assessment
•Coordinates and aligns different teams and stakeholders involved in digital category projects, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, providing necessary documentation and resources, and facilitating effective communication
•Develops contingency plans, monitors progress, and mitigates challenges as they arise for identified risks associated with digital category initiatives
•Oversees the implementation of digital category plans and strategies, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks, and addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may hinder execution
•Fosters partnerships and collaborates across product, technology, operations, and online teams to optimize digital performance for defined digital category initiatives
•Represents team's efforts in executive reviews and planning sessions, aligning defined digital category initiatives with overall online business objectives
•Stays up-to-date on industry trends, innovations, and technologies impacting digital to provide thought leadership on strategy ideation
•Coaches and develops team on analytical thinking, consulting skills, and leadership capabilities
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
•7 years online/retail merchandising or business operations
•4 years leadership experience with direct or indirect report responsibility and managing 1-2 cross-functional teams/resources
Preferred Qualifications:
•Master's Degree in Marketing, Operations, Computer Science or related field
