The primary purpose of this role is to have ownership of a digital commerce segment that are medium to large in size, complexity, and that typically involve multiple stakeholders/ cross functional groups. This includes responsibility for managing work streams end-to-end through the planning, development, execution, process improvement and implementation stages. This role will also have people leadership responsibility for more junior associates. Overall, this role contributes to an organizational function that plays an important role in moving digital commerce forward by driving ongoing improvements for increased digital sales/conversion.
The focus for the Marketplace Integrations team is to support sellers during their onboarding to the Lowes.com marketplace, providing them with integration options and best practices to efficiently synchronize their product
catalogs, inventory, order management and accounting systems.
The ideal candidate has served in a client-facing role with experience in seller or item onboarding, combined with a technical acumen to guide sellers with their API connections or other integration methods.

What you will do
Leads the execution of a digital commerce segment (s) that drives revenue and increases market share. Develops operational plans for the team, manages execution, and measures the KPIs.
Consult with sellers on the marketplace set-up and integration options (e.g. EDI, API, FTP, etc.), serving as the subject matter expert on the different platforms, connections and configurations, including the downstream effects of configuration choices.
Troubleshoot seller technical issues in partnership with the Lowe’s tech team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for sellers.
Work with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, defining integration requirements via API, EDI, or FTP, and ensuring compliance with established processes.
Oversees work and execution plans, partnering with the business teams to translate business plans into tactical action items. Partners with cross-functional business and technology teams to identify and manage interdependencies. Manages risks, issues, decisions and scope changes.
Holds team accountable for meeting or exceeding expectations by managing milestones and deliverables and coordinating team activities.
Analyzes multiple sources of data (e.g. sales, customer feedback, conversion, LTR) to identify areas of optimization, create hypotheses, and define business value to ultimately drive action for improvement.
Serves as a subject matter expert for the digital commerce area assigned to support cross-functional business team needs. Ensure the needs are understood, defined, prioritized, and implemented to close the gap.
Builds and manages relationships with diverse project stakeholders on business and tech/agile teams by communicating goals, inputs needed, outputs expected, and questions/feedback to ensure that all parties are informed and working to achieve business outcomes.
Develops and communicates changes or improvements for assigned digital commerce work stream, as it relates to initiatives, capabilities, and features to ensure business teams are appropriately informed.
Provides leadership to a global team of 4-5 direct reports by attracting and hiring talented individuals, setting goals, communicating clear expectations, providing timely and constructive feedback as well as meaningful developmental opportunities, and managing performance. Identifies formal and informal training opportunities to develop technical skills for the individual and team.
Partners cross functionally with internal teams (i.e. Core and Online Merchants, Store Operations, Pro, Install, Supply Chain, Omni, Tech, and Marketing) and/or Vendors as necessary.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
7 Years experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations.
4 Years leadership experience with direct or indirect report responsibility and managing 1-2 cross-functional teams/resources.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree in marketing, Operations, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
4 Years managing a business segment.
Experience in Chat, Order Fulfillment, BOPUIS, B2B, Install Services, or Online Payment desired.
Corporate experience, retail a plus
International/global workforce experience
Agile/Scrum/SAFe certification
Proficiency in technical debugging, root cause analysis and problem-solving approaches
Familiarity with internet-related technologies, including FTP, API, HTML, JS, EDI, etc.
Familiarity with Postman, including API key setup or retrieval, downloading and installing API libraries and editing parameters or body data
Experience working with marketplace platforms such as Mirkal, CommerceHub, Sharetribe, etc. is a plus
