Overview
The Head of Digital Marketing will drive UKG EMEA's digital marketing strategy and oversee the execution of compelling campaigns designed to engage targeted audiences. This pivotal role is instrumental in elevating the UKG brand, driving customer acquisition through effective lead generation, and fostering enhanced engagement across all digital platforms.
The Head of Digital Marketing will lead a dynamic team, define and achieve strategic objectives, and collaborate extensively with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of impactful digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
• Devise and implement a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns seamlessly with the broader business objectives.
• Continuously identify emerging trends and leverage insights to optimise marketing spend and overall performance.
• Establish and rigorously monitor KPIs to gauge the success of all digital marketing efforts.
Team Development and Leadership:
• Provide inspirational leadership to the digital marketing team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Set clear performance goals and objectives for team members, offering guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.
Campaign Execution and Oversight:
• Plan, develop, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, encompassing paid search, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital content strategy.
• Uphold consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimise campaign performance, messaging, and design.
• Incorporate personalisation strategies to deliver tailored experiences to target audiences based on behaviour, preferences, and data insights.
Data-Driven Optimisation:
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, generating insights that inform data-driven adjustments and ongoing improvements.
• Utilise advanced analytics and marketing automation tools such as GA4, Eloqua, and Salesforce to maximise campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Leverage A/B testing results and behavioural data to refine targeting, segmentation, and user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work in close partnership with content, product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overarching business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to improve internal capabilities and achieve campaign goals.
Innovation and Industry Insight:
• Remain at the forefront of digital marketing innovation by staying informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Continuously explore new platforms, tools, and approaches to keep UKG EMEA ahead of the curve.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related discipline.
Professional Experience:
• A proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, and digital content strategies.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimise campaign elements such as messaging, landing pages, and user flows.
• Demonstrated expertise in personalisation techniques, leveraging tools and platforms to create bespoke customer experiences.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at working across diverse teams and levels of seniority.
