Job Overview TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis. What your background should look like:
1. Manage the receiving/shipping/storage operations in order to ensure the SOP is strictly followed.
2. Ensure the inventory accuracy in order to meet KPI target
3. Support internal and outernal auditing from quality system, goverment and other organizations in order to compliance with requirement
4. 5S/FIFO/Shelf Life/High value Parts/Special Materials/EHS/Security management in warehouse in order to ensure materials are managed/stored in good conditions.
5. Improve warehouse layout and materials flow in order to improve productivity.
6. Work with cross functions in order to reduce warehouse inventory/improve warehouse efficiency.
7. Drive team/related department in order to safety/quality risk in warehouse operation.
8. Balance workload based on sales forecast
9. Support customer special requirements on warehouse operation
