The Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

• Gaining commitment from the key stakeholders by engaging them in all phases of continuous improvement initiatives; Analyzing stakeholders’ feedback to identify further improvement opportunities.
• Identifying potential areas that can be improved through various methods including lean methodologies, analyzing cost structures and workflows, and value stream mapping.
• Planning and managing continuous improvement projects and initiatives by defining project objectives and aligning them with business goals;
• Researching and communicating continuous improvement best practices across the industry, promoting a continuous improvement mindset within the team.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities
Develop and agree on necessary strategic initiatives based on our INDUSTRIAL Hermosillo targets with the relevant stakeholders and ensure the plant implementation
Analyse the gaps and potentials in TEOA related processes based on company priorities and create a common understanding and alignment across organisation
Organize workshops with the organization to identify CI opportunities and Best Practices sharing
Run CI projects to close identified gaps
Conduct SL preparation audit and support the plant in achieving SL TEOA requirements
Identify knowledge gaps and develop and execute training plans at all levels accordingly
Education and Experience
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
