They manage manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, EH&S, shipping/receiving, etc. focusing on the development of technologies and continuous improvement and translating customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes. **What your background should look like:** Short Description • Providing ECE (excellent customer experience) and customer service, total quality and a positive employee environment. • Driving Continuous Improvement in line with strategy (TEOA). • Establishing and operating production areas in a safe, environmentally sound and prudent manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Ensuring that the production areas are maintained in accordance with the Operational and Manufacturing procedures and best practices within the Business Unit.
