Develops goals, policies and procedures. Participates in performance improvement activities. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Must have a current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse. 2. BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.3. A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience necessary.4. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required for all hires after 1/11/2021. 5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.6. Five (5) years of Coronary Care Nursing and/or the Cardiovascular Lab experience.7. Basic computer knowledge.8. Proficient in interpreting EKGs and hemodynamic pressure tracings.9. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $42.54 to $57.26.
