**Responsibilities**
The Radiation Oncology Manager oversees the clinical and financial operations of the center. Manages internal operations, develops and implements policies and procedures consistent with an effective quality operation. Responsible for the center’s patient volume, education/ promotion of the service within the organization and works with the Marketing Department for external promotion, accountable for maintaining applicable regulatory compliance, works collaboratively with Facilities Department, Information Technology Department and equipment vendors to maximize up-time. Plans, organizes, coordinates, conducts and evaluates work performance related to patient care, staff relations, customer service, quality, financial performance and efficiency of the Center. Accountable to the Clinic leadership to ensure patient safety, quality assurance, and adhere to financial goals and works closely with the leadership team at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic.

**Salary Range: $112,303 - $138,728 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)**
**Qualifications**
**Education**
Required: Bachelor’s degree
Preferred: Master’s degree.
**Experience**
Required: Minimum of 5 years performing as Radiation Therapist or dosimetrist.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading, supervision or managing operations of a Radiation center.
Preferred: True beam and Aria experience.
**License(s)**
Required: Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technology Technologist
Licensed by the Texas Department of Health as medical Radiological Technologist
And or medical certified dosimetrist (MDCB)
Preferred: N/A
**Special Skills**
Required: Knowledge of outpatient Radiation Oncology Center
Project management skills
Clinical judgement and knowledge of radiation therapy, practices and safety
Must maintain and complete continuing education in applicable areas to ensure competency is maintained
Preferred: N/A
**Other**
Required: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook email
Presentation skill set
