Implements, directs and maintains the overall policies, operations and initiatives of Northwest Health – Northwest Arkansas’s revenue cycle functions and activities to optimize the patient financial interaction along the care continuum and support the effective and efficient delivery of clinical services. Oversees the daily operations, planning, goal setting, and performance management of revenue cycle processes, including appropriate consideration of best practices related to the use of technology, analytics, and related practice management processes.

Responsibilities include direct oversight of Northwest Health – Northwest Arkansas’s revenue cycle including, but not limited to, claim submission, denial review, and any necessary follow up related to those activities. This position will report to the Northwest Health Springdale CFO, with tangent reporting to other CFO’s in the market. This position will also collaborate closely with operations, clinical, credentialing, legal, accounting, strategy, analytics and infrastructure teams, among others.
Responsibilities include direct supervision staff as assigned, as well as oversight of applicable third- party vendors.

Bachelor's degree preferred

7-10 years relatable job experience showing activity in audit, program design/implementation and change management.
Progressive employment in a related field dealing with similar concepts to revenue management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans for multidisciplinary perspectives.
