Job Posting TitleMgr Sales Proposals - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Manager of Sales Proposals leads a team of writers who respond to requests for proposal (RFPs) supporting all lines of business. This position leads the cross-functional efforts to strategically respond to RFPs, manages and improves the RFP process, creates high quality strategic proposals, and provides guidance and oversight on the maintenance of Prime’s proposal content database. The Manager of Sales Proposals also represents the proposal team in internal and external client strategy meetings.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required6 years of work experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management, proposals, sales planning and/or sales support1 year of leadership/people management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional Qualifications

Reports to Director of Sales ProposalsPotential pay for this position ranges from $85,600.00 - $128,400.00 based on experience and skills.
