**Description** This position is responsible for executing consumer⁃centric multichannel programs, tools, experiences and content (with a primary focus on digital innovation and service excellence) which engage, educate, inspire and enable sales staff in all channels to exceed sales and service KPI's, strengthen brand equity and drive sales to online. Primary Responsibilities: Blended Learning: + Lead the implementation of blended learning strategy for internal and external clients (consumer⁃facing sales staff and consumers) which align with all other sales⁃driving content, experiences and programs developed by Global Education & Service Experience and other cross⁃functional departments. + Lead development, expansion and promotion of regionally relevant digital and physical educational content. + Work closely with Sales & Education Director to create a sales driving, equity building regional education strategy. + Work closely with Global Education & service Experience Experience and regional Omnichannel Consumer Experience teams to ensure local delivery, roll⁃out and execution planning is in place, and follow⁃up though global reporting is executed. + Lead extra⁃educational engagement utilizing such tools as the Workplace groups and other tools to bring insider, edutaining, inspirational and support content to sales staff in all channels globally. + Drive highest levels of engagement with .com, consistently achieving a quarterly active user rate of +80 % Social/Online Selling: + Work closely with Global Education & Service Experience Team, Regional Sales & Education Managers Sales & Education Executives, Service Experiences Coaches in the execution and support of selling, engagement and conversion skill⁃based education across all channels, internal and external. + Inform development of tools to support Digital Selling skills for all digital platforms, working global/regional partners to provide required assets and educational aids. Education Content Creation: + Collaborate with Global Education & Service Experience on co⁃creating Education assets (including, but not limited to video production, facilitator materials and, other digital tools, etc.). + Employ instructional design and graphic design and aesthetic skills to create engaging and impactful digital support tools for online and in⁃person seminars, virtual sessions and meetings, including, but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, video and still image production. Service Experience: + Work closely with Sales & Education Director to ensure in store experiences is consistent with core pillars of High⁃Touch Services and supportable through omnichannel engagement including but not limited to Virtual Consultation and Virtual Selling. + Influence development of tools for Virtual Consultations. + Serve as Service Experience Lead for all regionally relevant video content represented in Global Education & service Experience tools and programs. + Work with all relevant departments in matters of Omni Service Experience in order to maintain a consistent, consumer⁃centric and brand⁃equity driving approach.
