**Description**
To achieve and/or exceed the company sales plan. This is accomplished through: execution of brand and account specific strategies, special events, regional PR opportunities, and education of field teams.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead education strategy and planning to achieve sales plan:
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive education strategy aligned with brands' objectives, ensuring consistent training and knowledge dissemination throughout the North America region. Conceptualizes standards, strategies and tools for North America that drive all categories of business.
+ Partners closely with accounts and HOS to ensure that planned events align to the account strategy.
+ Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management and HOS to align education content strategies with key launches, categories and objectives of both the brand and the retailer.
+ Prioritizes with the DOE and HOS to establish a schedule to support programmed events by account and by priority.
Lead education program development:
+ Partner closely with Marketing and Global Education teams, create, enhance, and cascade education programs to all relevant field, ELC portfolio and retailer-specific populations in a timely, on brand manner. Ensure materials meet North America-specific business and retailer needs and are created with a digital-first mindset. These tools include: Seasonal updates, basic school certification, inter-sell presentation, ELC Academy one-pagers and digital toolkits
+ Drive acceleration of video curriculum, including identifying key areas of need, developing scripts, and partnering with Director, Producer and Editor on Production. Ensure all video content meets retailer needs and brand standards.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Education programs through regular assessments and feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
Lead execution of special events and makeup artistry on east coast:
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with West Coast Education & Event Manager to lead and support, both in-person and virtual events in key retailers and DMA's.
+ Mentor and coach promising makeup artists and beauty advisors to further develop their skills and strengthen the bench of makeup artistry talent within the field and POS teams resulting in the retention of highly talented and skilled specialists.
+ Provide feedback on competition to share with Marketing, Education and PR teams.
+ Partner with West Coast Education & Event Manager to support PR Team on artistry needs.
+ Red carpet or celebrity makeup appointments, editorial photoshoots, backstage runway, industry events, trade shows, etc.
+ Provide competitive feedback on industry trends, techniques and innovations in makeup artistry to share with Marketing, Education and PR teams.
Support education of field teams:
+ Present special event programs to internal teams and retailers when appropriate.
+ Support Field Executive Training Managers as needed to facilitate seasonal and basic training in key markets with key retailers.
Administrative:
+ Represents NOAM on monthly global education calls and during weekly marketing and accounts calls.
+ Supports 2X year market week meetings with key retailers and NOAM field sales meetings.
+ Manage assigned budget line responsibly. Completes monthly expenses both in a timely and consistent manner.
**Qualifications**
+ The candidate should have 5 years of relevant experience in cosmetics with proven makeup artistry skills and PR exposure.
+ Candidate must have strong communication, leadership and education/facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual.
+ Must have proven sales results and the ability to collaborate and achieve consensus with other groups while analyzing results.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
+ Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
+ Travel Required (30 %)
