The Opportunity

The Supply Chain FP&A Manager will lead domestic and export transfer pricing, as well as inventory management processes to support the North America Paper & Mills business units. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with regional executives to lead business and planning processes while providing reporting and analytical support to create business value. The role includes ad-hoc analysis such as support for supply & demand options and trade-offs as well as participating in and/or leading report automation, utilizing Power Automate tools, Alteryx and Qlik reporting.   In performing these tasks, the Supply Chain FP&A Manager will be expected to interact with different regions and numerous functional departments.


How You Will Impact WestRock

 

Provide strategic and analytical support for the North America Paper and Mill System.Lead internal transfer price processes and reports to optimize domestic and international supply chain flows.Build reports to understand the cross-regional impact of paper flows.Develop reliable working capital and inventory performance data to enable benchmarking, trend analysis with forward-looking projections for North America Mills and Paper Sales.Assist in the development of monthly business reviews, rolling forecasts, and strategic plans.Act as a strategic partner to senior management as the transfer pricing and working capital process owner for North America Paper Sales. 

 

What You Need to Succeed


Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain engineering, or business-related field, finance degree preferred.3+ years’ work experience including background in supply chain and/or FP&A for the paper industryDemonstrated knowledge of cross-border commodity flows and their impact on business performance.Skill and comfort in building operational and financial models and extracting actionable dataStrong problem-solving skills, attention to accuracy, passion for improvement, and desire to work in a team/collaborative environmentStrong Microsoft skills (Excel); previous Hyperion Essbase or similar required; JD Edwards a plus; Experience with automation & visualization tools highly preferredSolid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact credibly and diplomatically with multiple levels in the organization Ability to multi-task and perform at a high level in a demanding and fast paced environmentMust possess the potential and desire to advance to leadership rolesAbility to work independently, balancing routine responsibilities with ad hoc requests Fluency in English required; knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred.
