+ 5+ Years experience in Industrial Quality, preferably within cosmetics and consumer goods industry
+ Knowledge of ISO Standards 9001 and GMP Standards (ISO 22716)
+ Knowledge of OTC Requirements
+ SAP Experience
+ Strong Excel Skills
+ Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
+ Excellent communication and organization skills
+ Ability to interpret data and statistics
+ Leadership and management skills

Section 3: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
+ Lead a team of technicians, continually encouraging 100% employee engagement
+ Participates in the recruitment and training of employees
+ Prepare and manage the quality agreement between L’Oreal and Contract Manufacturers (CM)
+ Prepare and manage technical dossier (Blue Book- BB) for CM production
+ Lead quality risk assessment & on-boarding process at new CM
+ Train CMs to ensure understanding of quality requirements
+ Participate in CM’s certification program (test delegation, control and process validation)
+ Develop training and train quality personnel on the use of new test methods
+ Disposition FGs, PCs, bulk, WIPs in WISE and block in FUSION if necessary
+ Work with CMs on the status of Quality Alerts
+ Initiate and follow up the corrective action process for nonconforming finished goods and packaging components
+ Manage reworks (at the DC or 3rd party) - rework instructions, Traceability list, re-control, release
+ Create purchase orders as needed ensuring to adhere to the approved budget
+ Secure all formula information per L’Oréal’s procedures
+ Create and implement quality procedures
+ Support audits of the CM
+ Support DGO/Internal audits
+ Lead the approach of continuous improvement of quality: monitoring performance, analyze quality reports, monitor the change management

Salary Range: 110,000- 128,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
