Your Key Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving: - Budgeted Regional Sales Targets

– Direct and Distribution Business - Budgeted DSO

- Achieve Profitability Targets for the Region.

- Key Account Management - Increase Market Share of Schaeffler

- Increase business with New Customers – New Customer addition and development of white space

- Increase in Customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications Mechanical /Electrical Engineering Graduate and Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing/Finance) Atleast 12 to 15 years of work experience in sales and marketing with a large size company.
