Your Role:As a Microelectronic Technician, you'll be working in cleanroom environments, performing hands-on processing of wafers and using high-tech equipment for photo resist coating, exposure, and metal deposition. You’ll also gather important data using advanced measurement tools like Scanning Electron Metrology (SEM). This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in microelectronics while supporting innovation in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:Process wafers in front and backside labs using specialized tools.
Operate equipment for photo resist coating, metal deposition, and strip lift off.
Utilize Scanning Electron Metrology (SEM) and other measurement tools for data collection.
Verify workmanship and perform inspections on wafers to ensure quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to ensure tasks meet specifications.
Work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to work in a cleanroom lab environment, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Comfortable working with chemicals and following safety guidelines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians.
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Eyelit manufacturing execution systems.
Patient and detail-oriented when inspecting wafers using microscopes.
Ability to multitask and operate multiple tools efficiently.
Willingness to be trained and follow detailed documentation.

Pay Details: $16.50 to $25.24 per hour
