Description:**4X10B work schedule-Tuesday through Thursday, 10 hours a day**

You will be the Microelectronics Test Engineer for the Microelectronics team. Our team is a group of 6 Test Engineers with a diverse knowledge of Microelectronics Parts and assemblies. We have the problem solving and schematic reading skill to troubleshoot them. Also we have the automated test and coding knowledge required to test them using a wide variety of test equipment designed to verify digital, electro-optical, and RF performance requirements..

What You Will Be Doing
As the Microelectronics Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and testing complex Electro-Optic microelectronic assemblies. You will exercise your technical background to solve complex problems with troubleshooting and new development of integrated test stations, products, and processes for ever changing products being built in our factory.

Other job functions include RCCA, Lean Six Sigma improvement efforts, as well as developing process improvements in order to lower cost, increase quality, and deliver a better, repeatable product faster.

-Specific duties will include: Evaluation of Electro-Optic test data. Microelectronic component, device, and assembly characterization, troubleshooting, and dispositioning for repair of defects. Test document development; test planning and preparation; test procedure execution; coordinate system resources to support testing; support test development, integration, and anomaly resolution as required; support off hours testing and associated projects as needed.

-This role requires ability to become proficient with electronic circuits, automated test software, manufacturing processes, and the manufacturing test environment. Additionally, the ability to interpret test requirements, implement requirement based test methodologies, and utilize statistical data analysis is required.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineer or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university and 1-5 years of professional level experience or less with a Masters degree

- Basic knowledge of computer programing and languages.

- Ability to operate test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Waveform Generators or Multimeters.

- Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
Desired skills include familiarity with micro-electronic components (Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, RF, and Electo-Optic), common electronic test equipment, and schematic
reading.

- Ability to view solder, silver epoxy, wire bonds and small die/component features through a microscope.

- Ability to review the Schematic and Test Requirements to understand functionality of circuits – which components and circuit path contribute to failure.

- Understanding of Network Analyzer, Power Meter, Function Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope and RF Switch Matrix

- Understanding test sequence and basic software concepts for running test scripts and Automated tests.

- Experienced user of Microsoft Office software applications including MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel and MS Power Point.

- Ability to become proficient with Electro-Optic and RF components, devices and assemblies.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with other persons from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
