Microsoft 365 Copilot Organizational Change Manager, Prosci Certified
Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Organizational Change Manager to join their team. As a Business Consultant, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management team supporting enterprise-level technology cloud migration and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving organizational change, leading technology adoption programs, experience with MS 365 Copilot, have a Prosci certification and experience managing Sales excellence programs which will align successfully in the organization. **Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Organizational Change Manager** **100% Remote** **4 Month Contract (up to 18 Months)** **$100.00-$110.00/hr +** **_medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K saving options, 15 days of PTO/year & weekly pay_** **What's the Job?** + Provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) solution architecture design and deployment for enterprise customers across all industries. + Lead OCM delivery teams and customer meetings across the LATAM, United States, and Canada. + Understand and drive to achieve customer and business outcomes. + Experience with M365 Copilot. + Provide recommendations on how a company could reach their goals, improve sales, or increase success rates. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years’ experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years’ experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role. + Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci is REQUIRED.
