Day in the Life of a Microsoft 365 Engineer

Configure and manage Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.

Develop and implement Intune policies for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).

Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues and provide support to end-users.

Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists.

Manage user permissions and ensure proper access controls are in place.

Develop and implement SharePoint workflows and custom solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Administer and support other Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Microsoft 365 services.

Provide technical support and training to end-users on Microsoft 365 applications.

Implement and manage security policies and compliance settings within Microsoft 365.

Conduct regular security audits and ensure adherence to best practices.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

Generate reports on system performance, usage, and compliance.

 Education and Experience Requirements

Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder

3-6+ years of proven in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong understanding of cloud technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, including configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in SharePoint administration and customization.

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and their integration.
