Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Microsoft 365 Engineer. The Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for the implementation, development, maintenance and support of the current Microsoft 365 environment, including Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office Online, Exchange, etc . This position ensures the quality, stability and performance of the existing tenant and all solutions.
Configures and maintains key components of Microsoft 365 applicationsAnalyze current solutions and provide gap analysis.Maintenance/sustainment of existing on-premise SharePoint 2016 sites and sub-sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)Execute key projects to advance messaging capabilities and services such as Exchange Online and TeamsElicit user requirements for new and re-engineered solutions.Partner with vendors, IT Security, and Compliance to implement and maintain data protection and data loss prevention strategies for messaging.Education / Experience Preferred:
Applicable, technical credentials like Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin Certification or equivalent, preferred.Experience with SharePoint end user and site administrator support.Experience with managing Exchange OnlineExperience with managing Microsoft Teams SharePoint data management, back-up, and data/site recovery services.Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location
