Role May Sit in Orlando, Lakeland or Miami, FL **Position** **Summary** As a member of the professional staff, contributes specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations Planning & Support, Sales & Marketing) area to support team and/or department business objectives. Generally, works under limited supervision, but within established guidelines, producing and analyzing more complex business information to assist in the decision-making process. The Microsoft 365 Implementation Lead is responsible for the design and implementation of the full suite of Microsoft 365 products ensuring the functionality and availability of various Microsoft 365 and Office 365 tools and applications across the Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) enterprise. Collaborates with MVW’s Global Technology (GT) functional teams to design, promote, and deliver innovative solutions using the various Microsoft 365 tools and applications. Ensures functionality and availability of associated on-premise systems and integrations between Microsoft Office 365 and MVW enterprise systems and applications. Leads the innovation and delivery of new ways of working with a focus on designing the employee experience using MVW’s internal online tools and applying user experience principles across the digital workplace. Collaborates with vendors and managed service provider (MSP) partners for projects and processes. Provides level 3 incident and service request support. Guides level 1 and level 2 associates and MSP representatives. **Expected** **Contributions** + Contributes to team, department and/or business results by performing complex quantitative and qualitative analysis for business processes and/or projects. Often manages small projects, business processes or parts of larger ones. + Responds to, solves, and makes decisions on more complex/non-routine business requests with limited to moderate risk. + Assists more senior associates in achieving business results by: + identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of business processes. + participating in setting department operating plans. + achieving results against budget within scope of responsibility. • + Demonstrates an awareness of personal strengths and areas for improvement and acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge + Performs other duties as appropriate. + Design and Implementation -– Designs and deploys the full suite of Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Office 365, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services to meet business requirements. Ensures functionality and health of the Microsoft 365 environment including availability, performance, security, interoperability and reliability at an enterprise level. + Innovation – Designs solutions to enhance associate user experiences and work productivity. + Migration Planning – Plans migrations of data and services from on-premises environments and legacy systems to Microsoft 365 ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining data integrity, e.g., from Exchange, SharePoint to Microsoft 365. + Solutions Architecture – Designs comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and applications while ensuring they meet business requirements. + Governance and Security – Establishes governance policies and ensures security best practices are implemented in compliance with company information security and data privacy policies across Microsoft 365 services. Implements Microsoft 365 solution compliance features, including data loss prevention (DLP), Discovery and retention policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. + Troubleshooting and Support – Provides third-level support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in problem resolution related to Microsoft 365 services. Monitors and troubleshoots Microsoft 365 services and connectivity issues, using tools like the Microsoft 365 Admin center and PowerShell scripts to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. + Training and Documentation – Develops user guides, creates supporting training documentation, and delivers training sessions for end-users and Global Technology staff. + Administration – Supports administration of the various Microsoft 365 applications and tools, e.g., SharePoint Online, including site creation, configuration, and management, to facilitate collaboration and document management across the organization. + Coordinates with external vendors and service providers for the integration of third-party services and applications with the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless interoperability and enhancing the platform’s capabilities. + Manages user identities and credentials, including the configuration and administration of accounts, groups and permissions. + Configures and maintains email boxes, including email forwarding, shared mailboxes and email security settings to ensure secure and efficient email communications. + Performs other similar duties as assigned **Candidate** **Profile** Successful candidates should possess knowledge, experience and demonstrate leadership skills as follows: Generally, a professional position with specific knowledge in a discipline (e.g., Accounting, Human Resources, Information Resources).
