We are seeking:

 

The role of the MS365 On-site Migration Specialist is to provide on-site support and expertise for transitioning to Microsoft 365. This specialist acts as a subject matter expert, ensuring end users are comfortable with the new equipment and Microsoft 365 services during the migration process.

Job Duties: 

Install equipment and software to comply with company standardsOnboarding computers and users to Microsoft 365 in accordance with company standardsInstalling preconfigured network equipment in a neat and organized mannerEffectively, professionally, and respectfully represents other Information Technology staff members, teams, and their services to the client communityProvides support for all Information Technology products and services. Support may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching or instructing customers regarding software or hardware functionality, and communicating policy. Additionally, it may involve troubleshooting issues and resolving difficulties not listedDetermines the most effective manner to resolve customer's technical issue. Engages in research and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical problems. Consults with the team lead when necessaryVerifies that suggested solutions effectively resolve the users' problems through verbal or email follow-up

Must be able to learn and support new and quickly changing technologiesAbility to research solutions or information regarding technical issues. Excellent interpersonal skillsGood work habits under pressureFamiliarity with a wide range of standard office automation productsHigh energy levelDetail orientedMust have a good command of the English language to provide practical phone, desk-side, and email supportHeavy travel is required for this position to any of the 683+ USPh clinics.Lifting and carrying 50 lbs or more and pushing and pulling carts when necessarySpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusManual dexterity in typing and using the 10-key calculator is required

The Company’s clinics provide preventative and post-operative care for various orthopedic-related disorders and sports-related injuries, treatment for neurologically-related injuries, and rehabilitation of injured workers. In addition to owning and operating clinics, the Company manages about 40 physical therapy facilities for unaffiliated third parties, including hospitals and physician groups. The Company also has an industrial injury prevention business that provides onsite services for clients’ employees including injury prevention and rehabilitation, Performance optimization, post-offer employment testing, functional capacity evaluations, and ergonomic assessments.
