Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer

(ITC) is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer to support ITC corporate offices remotely. This role involves maintaining and sustaining the ITC internal and external Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, Power Platform, DevOps, and Dynamics. The position will support and provide solutions to numerous government agencies, covering the full spectrum of Microsoft products. Responsibilities: + Maintenance/sustainment of existing and creation and administration of new client Microsoft 365 sites, subsites, lists, libraries, web parts, and content (including pages, workflows, and items). + Design, implement, maintain, and sustain complementary functionality for customer subsites, lists, libraries, and content within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. + Develop custom workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint Designer. + Develop and manage master pages and other reusable Microsoft 365 components. + Provide advice, support, and training on any items relating to permissions, site ownership, document management, forms, and workflows. + Coding, testing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. + Clearly document the analysis of any problems and the solutions used to resolve them. + Communicate the status of issues to users and management. + Provide end-user support primarily as related to Microsoft 365 services. + Work with end users and the development team to define, develop, and test solutions to resolve issues and requests. + Participate in the analysis to design enhancements or solve existing Microsoft 365 issues. + Assist in the design of technical approaches to deliver future capabilities within Microsoft 365. + Integrate and manage applications and services using Microsoft DevOps. + Develop solutions and provide support for Microsoft Dynamics. + Experience architecting and designing comprehensive Power App systems tailored to client needs. + Proficiency in identifying and implementing strategies to enhance Power App system performance and usability. + Experience with Microsoft Fabric for data integration and management is a plus. + Familiarity with Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance is desirable. + Experience with Azure AI/OpenAI services for integrating AI-driven solutions is a plus. Location: This position can be performed in a remote working environment and will be supporting Eastern Time working hours. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in IT-related field. + 3-5+ years of Microsoft 365 development and administration experience. + Experience in Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Office Suite, OneDrive, etc.). + Must have hands-on experience using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate to maintain and develop complex custom workflows. + Must have experience implementing JavaScript, CAML queries, and REST services to enhance usability and performance. + Must have experience providing end-user support functions. + 5+ years of expert-level Business Analysis skills. + Demonstrate ability to lead Information Technology transformation efforts related to emerging technologies or new applications of existing solutions. + Ability to analyze complex requirements and recommend development or acquisition strategies for new appropriate technology solutions. + Ability to assist in the development of strategic plans and concepts. + Provide guidance and act in a consulting and/or advisory capacity in the implementation of highly specialized, leading-edge information technologies, methodologies, and software tools. + Experience working in support of Government agencies including familiarity with GCC-High and JWICS networks. + Ability to work with limited supervision. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Process improvement/automation experience. + Experience working with Power BI or other visualization tool. + Experience creating Quick Reference Guides, Job Aides, and other training material.
