Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Microsoft Architect to join one of our simulation software engineering clients. This role will be pivotal in building and leading a team focused on real-time analytics, leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Co-pilot, and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, real-time analytics, and experience with Microsoft Fabric and Copilot.  Design and develop Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.  Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.  Create and maintain architectural documentation, including data flow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and technical design documents.  Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of Microsoft Fabric solutions.  Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.  Develop and demonstrate use cases for how Fabric and Copilot can build POCs and be used for real-time analytics We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
