Responsibilities

Organization Change Management Manager that leads the transformation with business process owners and End usersResponsible for stakeholder analysis, driving alignment with the project vision, ensure stakeholder engagementDevelops integrated OCM roadmap in alignment with implementation planDevelop change experience plans to help stakeholders move through their change journeys, and create the right experience to accelerate the adoption of changeExperience working with ERP Products like Microsoft Dynamics D365, SAP and Power PlatformEstablish and nurture productive relationships with internal and client teams while delivering exceptional client serviceWork closely with the D365 Functional and Technical consultant on Project DeliverablesActive participation in Project Management meetings, Monthly Steering committee meetingsProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressManage contacts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvement.Prepare project status reportsCoordination of change requests

Skill Set Required

Leads communication to ensure awareness of stakeholders and user communities on the program, progress, new features and functionalities to ensure that they are well-informedIdentify the type and magnitude of changes and their impact to develop effective change interventionsPerform user skills assessment, learning content development and training deliveryKnowledge and handson experience in OCM relevant tools

Qualifications

Strong experience with at least 3 End to end OCM experience in ERP implementation projectsBachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.Self-starter, proactive with strong communication & presentation skills.Experience and knowledge in ERP Business functions
