What you will enjoy doing Responsible for the support in Europe and Middle-East & Africa region for the continuous know how transfer of adaptions of our Microsoft D365 application Single point of contact between headquarters D365 team and the regional / local key users Being the first level of support for key users (ticket solving) Implement and train ERP standard processes (focus on the departments Accounting, Procurement and Maintenance) Align with the corporate D365 team the timings and plans for releases of new developments Ensure an efficient way of tests & training of new developments to the key users in the Europe and Middle East/Africa cluster hub Identification of areas of improvement within the ERP system and continuously search for solutions and optimizations What makes you great Technical or economical university degree (preferably with specialization in IT) 3 or more years of experience in a related field (preferably within the manufacturing industry Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or comparable systems are an advantage) Sound understanding of financial correlations (related to accounting, procurement, stock management) Profound knowledge of English (written and spoken) Excellent communication skills as well as ability to motivate people Ability to explain process details in a simple, understandable way High flexibility and willingness to travel (30-50%) Self-dependent and hands-on working style What you can expect working with us Enjoy a modern, international and safe working environment in a stable and continuously growing company Be part of a young and dynamic team Diverse range of highly interesting tasks, projects and challenges Working for the most sustainable packaging supplier – We will prove!
