To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** This Microsoft eCommerce Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing strategic projects that align with Lenovo.com’s hyper-growth objectives. You will play a major role in driving the Small Business and Consumer sales of Microsoft products on Lenovo.com and Lenovo Pro Store in North America. Additionally, you will work directly with our business stakeholders to identify opportunities, and then drive those opportunities to completion. Working with multiple teams, you will evaluate the proposed solution, assess revenue opportunity, risks, plan the implementation, support the delivery, and manage the overall success. This role also requires close collaboration with Microsoft and Lenovo stakeholders, as well as contact center leadership and agents, to lead and influence strategic initiatives.   **Responsibilities** + Develop a joint strategic annual eCommerce growth plan that drives YOY, premium to market and attach rate growth. + Execute and manage quarterly campaign plans to boost sales of Microsoft products on Lenovo.com and Lenovo Pro Store, inclusive of acceleration of Lenovo Windows 11 PC Refresh and MS Services (M365/Copilot for M365/Office) + Execute and manage ongoing reporting cadence with Lenovo and Microsoft stakeholders, providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on Windows, M365 and Office sales and attach rate. + Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communications + Conduct research and analysis on project opportunity size inclusive of market forecasts, price band opportunities, segment contribution, etc. + Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including marketing, site merchandising, product category, analytics, sales and UX + Influence and help coordinate prioritized Windows, Office and M365 campaign and messaging on Lenovo.com and Pro Store. + Drive the execution of online marketing tactics, promotions and placements for Microsoft products in alignment with Microsoft Marketing and Lenovo eCommerce Merchandising teams (including digital demand, CRM and outreach tactics). + Help lead and coordinate on-going in-person and virtual sales enablement (team huddles, floor days, demos, lunch and learns). + Manage launch of new Microsoft products on Lenovo.com and Lenovo Pro Store, as well as in the contact center. + Lead contact center program development, engaging with contact center leadership and agents on quarterly plans, training, incentives, and problem resolution. + Seek support of Microsoft counterparts to lead, sell, and enable industry best practices online and in the contact cent **Basic Requirements** + 6-10 years' experience as a project/program manager in an e-commerce environment + 5 years’ experience in business facing project management Desired Skills + Requires minimal supervision, models effective leadership skills; communicates effectively with other project team members + Innovative thinker who is familiar with online purchasing habits + Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. + Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist. _We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class._ **Additional Locations** : * United States of America - North Carolina - Morrisville * United States of America * United States of America - North Carolina * United States of America - North Carolina - Morrisville
