Job Description:This role is responsible for the development of Microsoft and AVS market/product line business plans and strategic marketing programs to support sales in Broadcom’s designated market segments, identify volume and strategic customers and develop partnerships.
Requires the ability to analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information and create compelling market analysis presentation. May be responsible for interfacing with customers through company channels marketing program, or for development and presentation of field and partner development based on skill needs. Duties include leading the contract and reseller renewal efforts with Broadcom legal and product teams; engaging on a regular basis with
Microsoft’s strategic partnership team; providing pricing information and communicating schedule changes and product enhancements to the partner; troubleshooting issues the partner may find in conjunction with Broadcom support and core sales team. May perform forecasting for designated product lines.
Knowledge: Internally recognized technical or business contributor uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of cloud solutions and the associated business acumen on those solutions, with accomplished track record of growing them
Networked within the industry and acknowledged expert by peers
Represents the company at industry forums and conferences
Develops and/or applies innovative technologies and concepts
Technical or business consulting resource to business level managers - Job Complexity / Contribution: Works on advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring industry expertise.
Sets direction for high-impact and/or long-range strategic/technical projects
Leads major initiatives/projects
Experience : BS degree and 15 + years of related work experience or an MS degree and 13+ years of related work experience is required.
Location: Seattle/ Bellevue Travel expected 20% of time.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $124,000 - $198,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
