Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Architect with proven experience driving solutions architecture for Power Pages to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power Pages solutions for Wipfli’s Client Portal that align with our business needs and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Power Pages and Power Platform as a whole, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Essential Responsibilities

Architect and implement Power Pages solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, high-performing and align within the firm’s Power Platform ecosystem.Customize Power Pages to meet specific business requirements, including the integration with other Microsoft Power Platform components and third-party applications.Establish and enforce best practices for Power Platform development, including coding standards, version control, and documentation.Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, program and project leadership, and other developers, to gather requirements create detailed solution design documents, provide a variety of design options to stakeholders and deliver effective solutions to our usersSupport other stakeholders and developers by breaking down designs appropriately and explaining to meet the needs of the audience (technical as needed) and then break the work into executable deliverables for the delivery teamIdentify and resolve issues related to Power Pages applications, identifying support dependencies with other applications / solutions where appropriate, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operationsIn collaboration with other architects, ensure proposed options and designs are in line with Microsoft and Wipfli best practices, balancing and weighting business requirements with best practices where requiredProvide training and support to end-users and team members on Power Pages functionalities and best practice Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience requiredA Master’s Degree in Information Technology or Business preferredAt least 10 years of proven experience of job-related technical experience, with recent experience related to Power Pages, Dataverse and D365 development and architecture including customizing Power Pages implementations to meet business needsProficiency in Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Logic Apps and other components of the Microsoft Power PlatformStrong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs, Angular/React, .NETExperience with CI/CD Automation, DevOps Practices, etc.Experience with data integration, including Azure services, SQL databases, and other data sourcesKnowledge of security best practices and compliance standardsMicrosoft Power Platform Certifications preferredExperience working with Scrum/Agile methodologies preferred

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $129,000 to $174,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. 

 

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
