Working in the Bonding cell cell working with manual and automated bonders in the MW West Microwave Factory on a variety of products including DEWS/QATAR, EPAWSS, 56C, F22, and FIRETIP. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Typically a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience + Be able to work under a microscope for extended period of time **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience working with microwave subassemblies + Knowledge of MIL STD 883 + Ability to obtain Secret Clearance **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $41024 - $65639 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
