Mid Java Developer (Entrust)
Our federal client, is seeking a Java Developer (entrust) to join their team. This is a W2 contract and will be a hybrid schedule in Columbia, MD. **Additionally, given the nature of the work, this does require already possessing an ACTIVE Secret clearance.** **Job Title:** Java Developer (Entrust) **Location:** Columbia, MD **Pay Range:** $55-$58/hr **What’s the Job?** A Full Stack Java Developer to help us build Web and backend application/services for Federal IT Program using Java/Spring based REST APIs along with a Web 2.0 framework and a continuous integration environment. The candidate will join our team of developers building the next-generation of customer engagement systems for federal service agencies. Responsible for developing and implementing software solutions using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and Java, as well as conducting detailed design reviews. **Minimum Requirements:** - 4+ years of hands-on development experience, including at least 3+ years of Java/Spring development experience - 3+ years developing enterprise solutions using the Java Spring framework - Detailed understanding of database schema design/SQL - Thorough understanding and experience in developing using agile scrum methodologies - 3+ years experience with using Java development tools (e.g. Eclipse, JUnit, Git) - Experience leading a team of developers for a large scale Federal IT program - US Citizenship is required - Active Secret Level Security Clearance Required **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of Entrust Toolkit for Java - Experience in a large scale Federal IT Program - 3 years experience in developing using Agile Scrum methodologies If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
