Responsibilities
Advise clients on banking, project finance, and secured lending transactionsManage mergers and acquisitions (private or public)Oversee securities and corporate/debt finance, and general corporate/commercial matters Qualifications
An LL.B. or J.D. degree3–6 years of related experience in private practice or an in-house legal environmentExceptional client service, interpersonal, and communication skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailDemonstrated business acumen and commercial understandingConfidence to take initiative and approach challenges proactivelyStrong personal and professional integrity, coupled with a hardworking and passionate approachBilingualism is considered an asset but not required
