Supports United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) providing multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations, including, but not limited to, all Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches. USFOR-G provides global intelligence analytical reach-back in support of Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) initiatives, missions, and crisis response as well as US Army Europe & Africa (USAREUR-AF) remote, CONUS-based, analytical support.
Key Responsibilities\:
• For Operational Control Team Support – provide guidance and support to Counter Intelligence Support Team (CIST) operations, and review and provide quality assurance/quality control to all CIST products.
• For CI Screening – conduct CI focused interviews.
• For Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screening System (PCASS) Examinations – conduct initial credibility assessment using PCASS.
• For Media Exploitation – conduct exploitation of various digital/electronic and non-digital media sources, such as cell phones, computers, thumb drives, hard drives and documents.
• For CI Analysis – provide multi-discipline CI analysis to help identify potential insider threats, and support other CI initiatives.
• For CI Interviews – conduct initial walk-in and wall call interviews and provide CI Team interview assistance.
• Screen and vet persons of interest (POI) for potential CI and force protection concerns.
• Perform Asset Validation periodic reviews, counterintelligence reviews and participate in annual-triannual panel reviews.

• At least six years’ experience with former MOS , 35L, 351L, 97B, 35E, OR civilian 1810/1811/0132 OR as 18F = SF INTEL NCO OR 180A SF WO with ASOT-III, other service equivalent specialty codes such USAF 7S071 – Special Investigator (SI), USMC 0211 Counterintelligence/HUMINT (CI/HUMINT) specialist OR other DoD joint service equivalent specialty codes
• If 35M, 351M, and 97E OR USAF 1N791 Human Intelligence Specialist waiverable with a minimum of three years’ experience as a Junior Screener
• Clearance – TS with SCI eligibility
• Special skills or qualifications –
o 3 years operational experience coordinating operations
o Knowledge of Army/Joint CI procedures, doctrine, and practices
o Knowledge of Army/Joint Counterintelligence regulations and legal limits (see applicable Part 6 references)
o Deployment experience
o Experience in working with and through interpreters
o Experience with interview and solicitation techniques
o Experience with CI principles and methods
o Experience in developing screening /interviewing/debriefing plans
o Experience in conducting screenings / interviewing / debriefing
o Briefing skills
o Experience with the evaluation of information requiring further investigation
o Experience supporting CI operations OR acting in the capacity of / performing the mission of a CI agent
o Experience writing military reports
Highly desired qualifications and experience
• Education – Government CI credentialing course such as CI Special Agent course (CISAC (or other accredited DOD credentialing course
• Education – Associates Degree
• Knowledge of Dari or Pashto language and Afghan culture
• Familiar with CI Systems and databases such as PCASS, CELLEX, BI2R, TCOP, HOT-R
• DSDC Qualified
• Tactical Deployment CI Experience
• OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience
